Gold-Standard Human Science

Too often, we see supplement brands claim their products are “supported by hundreds or thousands of studies”—even when those studies are based mainly on early laboratory or animal research that may not translate well to everyday human use.

That’s why, for EVYLO, we focus on the types of evidence that matter the most to people: gold-standard human research. This includes:

  • Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on humans
  • Meta-analyses of human RCTs¹

  • These study designs are widely considered the most reliable forms of clinical research because they are designed to minimize bias and provide dependable insights into how ingredients may work in people.²
  • Even when focusing strictly on these gold-standard study types, the key ingredients in EVYLO have been evaluated across hundreds of human RCTs.
  • When a strong meta-analysis already exists, we prioritize sharing that summary rather than individual studies.
  • It may be less flashy—but it’s cleaner, clearer, and far less overwhelming. 😉
  • Below are the key examples of gold-standard human research supporting EVYLO ingredients.³

¹A meta-analysis is only meaningful when paired with a systematic review, which helps reduce bias by evaluating the entire body of evidence—not just select studies.
