Do you ship outside the US?
No. We currently offer our supplements only to US customers.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two options: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping
- Free for all Truth Full Health customers.
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
- Once shipped, orders typically deliver within 3–5 business days within the continental U.S., and up to 8 business days for non-continental U.S. destinations such as Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Express shipping
- $19.99 flat rate
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
- Once shipped, orders typically deliver within 2-3 business days within the continental U.S., and 3-5 business days for non-continental U.S. destinations such as Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.
Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping options and pricing.
All packages are authorized for release and will be left at your front door or mailbox.
When do you ship after I place my order?
We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Orders received by 1:00 PM Eastern Time typically ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time or on weekends ship the next business day.
We’ll email your tracking link soon after your shipping label is created — usually within 24 hours of placing your order.
Tracking updates may take a day or two to appear as the carrier picks up and scans your package.
Most orders ship from our New Jersey warehouse, so delivery to the East Coast is typically faster than to the West Coast, depending on the shipping method selected.
How do I know if my order has shipped and how do I track it?
Generally, an email with a shipping confirmation is sent to our customers. If you don’t receive an email from us within 48 business hours of your order, please contact us at business@truth-full.com.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No. The preferred shipping carriers we use will only deliver a shipment to a physical “walk up” address.
Which Shipping Carrier(s) Do You Use?
We partner with leading U.S. carriers — including USPS, UPS, and FedEx — and the shipping method is selected based on order volume, destination, and the most efficient balance between cost and delivery speed.
This approach allows us to ensure your order is shipped quickly, reliably, and at the best available rate.
My order is lost or has been damaged! What do I do?
Please contact us at care@truth-full.com or 1-800-803-7195, 24/7 within 5 days of the delivery date listed on the tracking information, providing the following information:
If Lost: Your full name and order number or receipt, or
If Damaged: Your full name, order number or receipt, and a photo of the damaged product along with the inside and outside of the box or envelope.
